The design for an Upmarket Short Term Rental Logo shows a polished end product with a very happy client. The beauty of a gold logo is that it looks amazing, no matter which background it ends up on. In this case the client wanted to showcase the fact that they rent out high rise apartments on a short term rental basis. They offer a comprehensive service, so that needed to be reflected in the design of the logo. With the rising popularity of short term rentals, this client wanted a logo that showed the gold class service they offer their clients. We used different textured golds as well as black. The high rise building represents the Brisbane city skyline in which they rent their apartments. Sticking with golds also gives the customer a chance to read the text well.
The palette consists of mainly of golds but with the byline in black to really set the gold off. As you can see, it looks great as a letterhead and on various other stationary items.
